Buyer safety · evidence over hype

CNGoodsBuy Spreadsheet Buyer Safety Notes

Safety starts with knowing what an independent guide cannot verify. Keep browsing evidence separate from account, payment, shipping, and seller claims.

Do not trust hype alone

Words such as “best,” “must buy,” or “popular” are not evidence. A useful row explains the product type and gives you something concrete to inspect. If removing the promotional language leaves no reason to save the row, remove it.

01

Photos should answer questions

Look for the views that matter to the category. A polished main image cannot replace dimensions, option details, or product-specific close-ups.

02

Sizing matters more than popularity

Use measurements and units when fit matters. Confirm which item and option were measured; do not transfer one chart blindly to another row.

03

Price needs context

Compare similar candidates, evidence quality, selected option, and likely total impact. A low item number alone is not a complete value judgment.

04

Weight changes the real decision

Keep packed weight and volume in view, especially for shoes, structured bags, and outer layers. Use a current official estimate when possible.

External links

Check the destination, not only the anchor text.

Read the domain and current page. Confirm that the source item, selected option, and details still match the spreadsheet row. A converter or redirect can improve compatibility, but it cannot verify equivalence or safety.

Open external pages in a separate tab and keep the original row available for comparison.

Remove these rows

Red flags worth acting on

  • The title is vague and the destination is unclear.
  • Photos contradict the selected option.
  • Measurements are missing where fit is central.
  • A price claim depends on urgency or pressure.
  • The source link no longer matches the row.
  • A copied tracking, coupon, or support claim lacks an official source.
  • The row asks you to ignore missing evidence.
  • You cannot explain why it belongs on the shortlist.

General disclaimer

Browsing guidance is not transaction verification.

This site is not an official CNGoodsBuy support page, so it cannot verify orders, sellers, coupons, refunds, payments, or shipping claims. To judge a spreadsheet row more safely, check photos, sizing, link relevance, price context, shipping weight, and recent user feedback.

Read the full disclaimer and use the checklist before opening a large set of external links.
